Hopefully everyone is doing well and still making a better lifestyle for themselves everyday. I'm not going to lie but I have slacked off a little myself the last few years and let a job get the best of me. But now I'm back and more focused than ever! So join me on my ride back to a healthier lifestyle and come see me at Elite Fitness in Palm Bay, FL. I'm back working with Body by Design and we are located at 280 Corporate Way right off Malabar Road in Southeast Palm Bay. I am available evenings Monday through Friday 6pm to 9pm.
